It’s been 10 years since Saki & Bitches first entered the street art scene. Her graphic female characters lit up the streets of Shoreditch. Certainly her style was impossible to miss. Now her ‘Everybody’s Welcome’ exhibition at the Atom Gallery showcases just how much her work has developed.
Now probably better known as a fine artist. For this exhibition her styles have merged. Bringing together the hyper-sexualised characters of her early years with her fine art painting style of today. Indeed the work on show is a mix of styles from across the years.

Art by Saki & Bitches
We’ve been fans of Saki & Bitches for a long time. Her most recent exhibition in Shoreditch ‘Hana Machi‘ back in 2018 was a sell out. Re-imagining the Yujo of Imperial Japan, it caught the imagination. It also introduced her new style. Prior to that we’d featured her ‘Orchid and Wild Foxes‘ exhibition.
It’s been a while since Saki has painted on the street. We are reminded of those days though in some of the works she had on show. Her phone box ‘call girl aliens’ hark back to the early days starting out. Nestled together they hang with pencil sketches, paintings on wood and canvas as well as screen prints and stickers.
Her menagerie of characters range from the delicate to the seductive. From horned female devils to fallen icons. The exhibition at the Atom Gallery really is one where Everybody is Welcome.
