Rosie Woods is known for her murals which blend abstraction with realism. Her first solo exhibition, Hyper Gold, will show BSMT Gallery. Running from March 21st to April 6th. It explores a combination of traditional painting techniques with cutting-edge digital processes.
Rosie Woods and Hyper Gold
Hyper Gold is an exhibition that showcases Rosie Woods evolution as an artist. Classical painting mixed with digital innovation. The results are luminous, otherworldly compositions. Each piece beginning as a meticulously crafted 3D digital model. Before being transformed into a glowing futuristic painting. It’s a fusion of techniques that allows Rosie to push the boundaries of perception. Blurring the line between the tangible and the imagined.

By incorporating digital processes into her work, Rosie creates a collection that feels both timeless and forward-thinking. Alongside her paintings, the exhibition also features digital animations. Works that extend her imagery beyond the canvas. Immersing viewers in a multi-dimensional experience.

Always interested in the blend of abstract and realism, this is what we see in her Hyper Gold series. The gold showcasing Rosie’s ability to take everyday objects and imbue them with a sense of wonder. Her art sparking curiosity. Inviting the viewer to explore the interplay between the abstract and the representational, the digital and the analog.
HYPER GOLD from Rosie Woods opening night is on March 20th, 2025, at BSMT Gallery. The exhibition runs from March 21st to April 6th. Drinks for the opening are generously provided by Sambrook’s Brewery.
