RUN and Dscreet ‘A Foot in the Door’ show at the Tramshed in Shoreditch

Today saw the launch of the RUN and Dscreet collaborative show hosted in the basement of the Tramshed in Shoreditch. The Tramshed, best known as a location for fine dining, is also well known for it’s art boasting as it does an impressive piece from Damien Hirst within it’s restaurant.

Italian artist RUN is becoming quite prolific of late and recently completed a substantial mural on the Village Underground wall. Dscreet, whose signature art involves Owls, is an East End staple whose work is instantly recognisable. The combination of both artists work within the same space certinaly makes for an interesting mix.

Organised by Street Art London, the organisation has once again brought artists together and shown an uncanny ability to bring street art to the wider public. Recent collaborations involving both artists have included the ‘Arthouse‘ project in Dulwich where both artists painted entire rooms and the Chichester Street Art festival.

The show runs until 25th July 2013 and is open at the Tramshed between 11am-6pm each day.
