The London Marathon 2013

The London marathon is always a fun day out.  The streets are packed and the atmosphere is good.  People line the streets to cheer on strangers and London does itself proud.

Covering 26 miles from Blackheath to North Greenwich, Tower Hill, Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs, Embankment and finishing on the mall.  The whole route is lined with supporters cheering on loved ones as well as anyone else.

So todays post is simple.  Walking from Canary Wharf to the Strand capturing the race in all it’s glory.  Hope you like the pics.
