It’s been a busy day in the East End with all sorts of new street art appearing. Australian artist Jimmy Cochran or Jimmy C has an unmissable style and his art can be seen all over the place. Notable places to see his stuff include the giant Usain Bolt portrait on Sclater Street and other portraits on Whitby Street and Bethnal Green Road (below) just close to Brick Lane.
His latest piece is by the Red Gallery in Rivington Street in one of the most often painted locations in the East End and I caught him in the act putting on the final touches.
