Hogre in the East End

It looks like Florentine artist Hogre has been visiting the East End with a paste up entitled punk romano on Buxton Street just off from Brick Lane. The work features some policemen holding back a crowd of people with ‘punk romano’ scrawled across the bottom. Hogre’s work is well known in Florence, Italy where several of his paste ups can still be seen if you look hard enough, I managed to spot two pieces when I was there earlier this year, one on the Via San Gallo and another on the Via Ghibellina.  Take a look a the slide show to see all three.
